The Wild Wellness Retreat

October 11-16, 2026 | Alpe d’Huez, France

A Season to Gather

There is something about autumn that asks us to come together.

The light softens. The harvest ripens. The air turns crisp and clarifying.

As nature slows, we are invited to do the same.

In the French Alps, this season is an invitation into l’art de vivre—the French art of slow living. Long meals that stretch into the evening. Time outdoors in golden mountain light. Moments that are savored rather than rushed.

This is a retreat for that moment.

A time to reconnect with nature and your body, to share space and lingering meals with like-minded spirits, and to tap into your inner wild in the beauty of breathtaking mountains.

If you crave meaningful connection, feel called to align with the season of slowing down, or want a reset before winter, join us for the Wild Wellness Retreat on October 11–16 in the French Alps.

Ali Nettles

Yoga Teacher & Retreat Leader

Born and raised in Selma, Alabama, Ali was introduced to the physical practice of yoga as a teenager. After moving to Washington, D.C. years later to work in U.S. politics, she began taking yoga classes more consistently as a way to stay balanced in a work-hard, play-hard city.

What began as a personal wellness practice quickly evolved into a calling. Ali practiced and trained to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) under Mimi Rieger, an internationally recognized Ashtanga and Power Yoga instructor. She then dove headfirst into sharing yoga as a tool for strength, balance, recovery, and presence.

In January 2026, Ali took a leap of faith, leaving corporate America to travel the world full-time. She documents her adventures on her Substack, Adventures with Ali, and leads wellness retreats designed to help others reconnect with themselves through movement, nature, and meaningful travel.
